My stay at the hotel was comfortable and hassle-free. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a quiet retreat despite being surrounded by other guests. The service was friendly, though there was a minor hiccup with not being informed about the pool availability upon check-in. The location was convenient for a fly-in/fly-out stay, but slightly boxed in by the autoroute. The dining options were decent, and the staff were helpful in suggesting alternatives when food outlets were scarce. Overall, a good value for the money.
The hotel had a great bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower booth and provided Bath and Bodyworks toiletries, creating a tidy and clean atmosphere. However, the laminated flooring was lifted in various places, and there were cobwebs on the ceilings, making it a disappointing stay overall.
The hotel room was quite large and comfortable with two cozy double beds, a fridge, a coffee maker, and a microwave. However, the initial price offered changed unexpectedly before the booking was finalized.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the room was spacious with a separate bedroom, kitchenette, and a balcony with views, it felt a bit dated with some cleanliness issues, especially the carpet. The service was friendly overall but lacked consistency, from failing to inform us about the pool access to unnecessary interruptions. The location was convenient for a quick stay before a morning flight, but the surroundings were industrial and boxed in by highways. The dining options were limited and not very tasty, although the food quality was decent. Despite some shortcomings, the facilities were adequate for a short stay.
